Severe early morning storms, including a possible tornado, flooded communities and damaged homes in central Florida early Sunday morning. More than 10,000 homes lost power in the storems.
The worst damage was reported in Pasco County, where a possible tornado, destroyed several buildings in a women's prison. Prisoners had been evacuated just prior to the storm.
Minor flooding and wind damage was also reported in Penellas, Hillsborough and Orange Counties.
