More than 50 people were injured after a balcony at a Montana casino collapsed Friday night, said Polson Fire Chief Tom Maloney in a public statement. Investigators were at the scene Saturday morning inspecting the damage after what Maloney described as "a chaotic scene" during the night.

Most of the injuries were not life threatening, said Maloney.

The accident occurred at the Diamond Horseshoe Casino, which overlooks Flathead Lake.

Fifty-four people were treated at St. Joseph Hospital in Polson.
